That day

We came outside and sat on the park bench just outside my house,
shared a bowl of filthy noodles together.. sat there in the freezing wind,
but the sky was so blue and clear.

then shortly after, the cats, and dogs surrounded us lead by the smell of hot food.

after finishing lunch, we visited my horse just to the right of the bench,
made up some food and scratched his head. as he whinnied for more attention and food.

then crawled back inside, washed our hands and layed down on the bed some more.

The little things always seem like so much,
when you love someone as much as i do.
